This dress is constructed utilizing a multitude of materials. The bodice is fashioned from a brown chiffon with hand embroidery of blossoms and foliage by Maison Lesage. There are glass buttons from the neck to the waist on both the back and front of the bodice. The buttons encase pressed spring flowers and small bugs. The sleeves are in the gigot style made from brown taffeta. The skirt is made from a brown and ivory hound's tooth with a curved brown satin edge. The brown satin is beautifully embroidered with intricate ikat-like motifs.
